I accept the following Insurance: 

  • Anthem, Medicaid, Cigna, United Health, EAP

Before our first meeting, please call your insurance carrier and find out the following information:

  1. What is my co-pay per session?
  2. What is my current deductible and how will that impact  my coverage?
  3. How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  4. Do I need authorization prior to the first session?

Employee Assistance Program

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I also work with Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  1. Does my Employee benefit package offer EAP sessions? How do I go about getting an Authorization number?
  2. Do I have mental health/behavioral health benefits included in my employer's EAP plan?
  3. How many sessions are covered by my employment EAP?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

**I accept Victim's Compensation reimbursement. I can help clients access these funds.


Check, cash, all major credit cards including HSA Debit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at beginning of each session. Credit cards incur a 3% fee

Cancellation Policy 
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for scheduled appointments.
